In 2018, Amira incorporated Struct Club out of Harvard
Business School, where she both got her MBA and began teaching
indoor cycling classes at their gym. Coming from a prior career in

playlists, and coaching scripts.
"There should be an app for this," she thought. Class
intelligence should be shared, and even predictive of individual
styles based on personal preferences. Pollack continued, "Everybody
deserves a great experience. That's what we want to provide as an
industry. Losing 60% of our clients in one week, for example?
That's just a disastrous business problem."
Today, Struct Club's app is known by thousands of instructors
in over 60 countries as their "karaoke machine" for class. But
